And, I kind of sat down on my 24th birthday, and realized that I was too good of an athlete to really be doing nothing, so I sought out potentially another sport that would better connect to what I had to bring to the table. Growing p90X3 workout up, we were an Olympics family. Every two years we sat in front of the television at my parents house, cheering for the athletes and the entirety of team U.S.A. So, when I sat down, the bobsled was actually one of the sports that jumped to the forefront of my brain. I went online and found as much information as I could, and, luckily, they had bios of all the current athletes on the national team, and I saw that their backgrounds were very similar to mine.
